Removal of user data

You have the right to erasure of your own user data, except for any data which we must hold onto for compliance with a legal obligation such as law enforcement action. We offer tools for removing your own listing from the directory, however you can also contact us with the details above if you want to ensure that your personal user data is completely removed too.

Legality of user data usage

Our services are intended for users age 13 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13, and believe they have disclosed personal information to us, please contact us and we will take reasonable measures to promptly remove this information from our systems.

XIVDirectory has never turned over our data or access keys to any law enforcement organization. XIVDirectory has never installed any law enforcement software or equipment anywhere on our servers. XIVDirectory has never provided any law enforcement organization a feed of our users' content or access. XIVDirectory has never modified the intended behavior of our software or hardware at the request of law enforcement or another third party. XIVDirectory has never weakened, compromised or subverted any of its authentication or encryption protocols at the request of law enforcement or another third party.

We do not disclose your personal information to a third-party for a business purpose or sell your personal information.
